1. All Cancellation should be made in writing and sent to Conference Secretariat.
2. All Cancellation received on or Before 31st October 2021 will be entitled for 50% refund of the registration amount paid (excluding GST).
3. All Cancellation received between 1st November 2021 to 30th November 2021 will be entitled for 25% refund of the registration amount paid (excluding GST).
4. No refund for cancellation made after 1st December 2021.
5. The refund process will begin only after 30 days of the conference. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received.
